1. About Us

This website is owned and operated by Prestige Autotrim Products Ltd. If you have any suggestions or comments, or if you need to contact us, please email us using the link on the store page or use the details below.

2. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, please contact us as soon as possible and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order (and hence a contract between us) when we send you an order acknowledgement. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing — such as inadvertently under-pricing goods — or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

When an order is placed on our website, card details are encrypted by Stripe's secure, PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment platform. Card numbers are never held in clear text on any web server.

3. Shipping & Tax

The shipping cost is based on the larger figure of dimensional weight or the actual weight of the consignment.

Exports to the EU: No tariffs will be due on the import (our products are manufactured and shipped from the UK). We are also registered to collect EU VAT - which means VAT will be added to your order at your local rate (not the UK rate).

Exports outside the EU: Import tariffs and local sales tax may be charged at the border of import — we supply the goods free of sales tax and the courier will handle the collection of any applicable charges. Each country applies different import rules; please check your local customs authority website for more information.

4. Delivery

Stock items are usually despatched within 1 working day. Made to order items are usually despatched in around 7 working days (depending on the time of year). In all cases the customer will receive an order acknowledgement with the expected lead time for that particular item.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

5. Returns — 14 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee should you not be entirely happy with your purchase (excludes shipping costs). This only applies to items made in the original quality materials and colours. Items made in non-standard colours and materials for your vehicle are considered "Made to Order" and can only be returned if defective.

No item may be returned without prior authorisation. Please notify us of your intent to return an item and state the reasons for return so that we can fast-track the item once received.

All items should be examined immediately upon receipt for defects. Only items that are unused, unmarked and in re-sellable condition can be returned. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is being returned due to a defect.

Return items must be re-packed in their original packaging. Plastic windows must be free of scratches and packed without creases, protected with tissue paper. Covers that are poorly packed and badly creased will not be accepted.

6. Guarantee & Warranty

We want you to be happy with your purchase and to have full confidence that we are here to look after you should anything go wrong. International customers will receive the same warranties and service — we make every effort to ensure that your purchasing experience with us will be easy and trouble-free.

All of our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, car manufacturer design problems, pinching or wear and tear during lowering and raising of the hood frame, normal wear and tear, incorrect cleaning materials, improper cleaning methods or atmospheric conditions are the responsibility of the buyer.

No warranty is offered or implied on plastic windows after installation. Plastic windows need special care and attention — they can crack in cold conditions and are easily damaged if the hood is incorrectly lowered.

Warranty for our products is one year from date of purchase. Warranty claims and refunds are prorated from the purchase date based on the estimated normal product service life.

Our liability for breach of the above warranty is limited to refunding the purchase price of the goods or, at our discretion, replacement upon return. Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any other form of consequential damage including installation costs, removal costs, damage to associated products, vehicle hire costs or loss of profit.

No claim for any breach of warranty shall be valid unless delivered in writing to the company within the warranty period.

7. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfil your order. We do not use customer order details for direct marketing campaigns and we do not sell or distribute customer information to third parties.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law. Any disputes arising from transactions made on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
